What some of the members are saying:

"All your advise, forms, etc. have been invaluable this past year. We used the business plan w/ our some modifications and so far the bank has been impressed. We are waiting on a final answer.

Thanks for everything. We really enjoyed meeting you and seeing your facility."
- Carla, facility scheduled to open in 2008.

Dear Loretta,

We wanted to take time to thank you for all of the help that you have given us in getting our indoor, inflatable, party facility, Jump 2 It, open. Between all of the advice and direction that you gave us at the beginning, and the encouragement and guidance that you continue to give whenever we need it, we don’t know what we would have done without you.

We really loved all of the money saving tips that you gave us at the beginning, like getting our arcade games through an operator, or not carpeting under our inflatables since no one will see that area anyhow. Out of all the suggestions that you gave us, the one that we really wish that we had listened to was, when you offered to let us get our inflatables through you guys. Instead, the units that we ended up with, from the Inflatable Depot, ended up costing us more, and being less sturdy, than the ones that you would have provided us with. That is probably one of the main suggestions I would make to anyone who is coming to you for advice: Listen to these guys, they really know what they are talking about.

Overall, I would say that our relationship with Jump Center Advice has been very positive and helpful. It has saved us a lot of money in startup and operating costs. If it wasn’t for you guys, we probably would not have made it as far as we have. Thanks for everything!

Thank You,
Jay & Jennifer Argo

"I wanted to write and say a quick thank you for spending so much time with me this past week. There is so much to learn and it is wonderful having you for a mentor. I truly appreciate all the great advice and information.

Again, thank you for meeting with me—especially on such short notice. It provided me with more things to think about —which is a good thing." - Carla, 3/3/08

Break Even Calculator!
On the surface, break-even analysis is a tool to calculate at which sales volume the variable and fixed costs of producing your product will be recovered. Another way to look at it is that the break-even point is the point at which your product stops costing you money to produce and sell, and starts to generate a profit for your company.

You can also use break even analysis to solve managerial problems:
  •  setting price levels
  •  targeting optimal variable/ fixed cost combinations
  •  determining the financial attractiveness of different strategic options for your company
